Terms & Conditions

Standard Terms & Conditions

Quotations

All quotations provided by Fraser Loft Conversions are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking and scheduled works. Payment stages will be clearly outlined within the quotation or contract agreement, with the final balance due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Variations & Additional Works

Any additional works or changes requested by the client after acceptance of the quotation may be subject to additional charges and revised completion timescales.

Timescales

Estimated start dates and completion times are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors outside of our control including weather conditions, material availability, supplier delays or unforeseen structural issues.

Access

The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours to allow works to be completed safely and efficiently.

Planning & Building Regulations

Where applicable, Fraser Loft Conversions will work in accordance with approved plans and current building regulations. Responsibility for planning permission or lawful development approval will be agreed prior to commencement.

Insurance

Fraser Loft Conversions carries appropriate public liability insurance. Copies can be provided upon request.

Guarantees

All workmanship is carried out to a high professional standard. Manufacturer warranties will apply to relevant supplied materials and products where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for removing or protecting valuable and fragile items from work areas prior to commencement of works.

Cancellation

Any cancellation after materials have been ordered or works have commenced may be subject to charges for labour, administration and materials already incurred.

Snagging

Any minor snagging items identified on completion will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe agreed between both parties.

Liability

Fraser Loft Conversions shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Acceptance

Acceptance of the quotation confirms agreement to these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
